Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email. This will include your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's journey.

Damages:

MZ Glow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will do our best to assist you.
